Affiliate Agent Terms & Conditions

1. Commission Structure

The commission structure is designed to reward affiliates for successful referrals. Here are the detailed terms:

  • Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on the sale value for every successful purchase made through their unique referral link.
  • Successful Purchase:
    • A purchase is considered successful when the customer completes the checkout process and payment is successfully processed through the referral link.
    • The commission is paid only for fully paid orders, meaning returns or cancellations will not be eligible for commission.
  • Example:
    • If a customer purchases a product worth RM 200 through your referral link, you will earn a commission of RM 20 (10% of RM 200).

 

2. Onboarding benefit


Once affiliates are registered and verified, they gain access to various tools:

  • FREE Access to 1000+ ready-to-use marketing collateral

Affiliates will have access to a Collateral Hub, which provides a variety of marketing materials to assist in promoting the products:

    • High-quality product images for use on websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
    • Brochures and other print materials that can be shared digitally or physically.
    • Promotional videos or ads for use in social media marketing.
  • 24/7 AI Trainer Support:
    • An AI-powered virtual assistant will be available round the clock to answer any questions about products, marketing strategies, or the affiliate system.
    • Affiliates can interact with the AI trainer to get instant feedback on sales strategies, product features, and any other support they might need.
  • System Access
    • Affiliates can access a personalized Affiliate Dashboard where they can monitor their performance, sales, and commissions in real time.

 

3. Commission Settlement

Commission payments are made on a monthly basis, and affiliates can expect timely settlements. Here's how the commission process works:

  • Payment Date: Commissions earned in a given month will be settled on the 15th of the following month.
    • Example: If you earn commissions in February, the payment will be made to your designated payment method on March 15th.
  • Payment Method: Commissions will be credited via the following payment methods:
    • Bank Transfer: Direct deposit to the affiliate’s registered bank account.

 

4. Monitoring and Compliances

To maintain a high standard for all affiliates, My Myracle enforces performance and ethical standards:

  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Affiliate sales and performance will be tracked using an internal monitoring system that generates reports on:
      • Conversion rates (successful sales).
      • Click-through rates (CTR) of referral links.
      • Overall sales performance.
    • Affiliates will receive periodic performance updates to help them assess their efforts.

  • Brand & Ethics Compliance:
    • Branding Guidelines: Affiliates must follow My Myracle’s branding guidelines, including logo usage, colors, and tone of voice in marketing materials. This ensures consistency and professionalism across all affiliate communications.
    • Ethical Sales Behavior: Affiliates are prohibited from making false claims about the products or using unethical sales tactics. Misleading advertising or pressure sales tactics will result in the termination of the affiliate relationship.
    • Professional Conduct: Affiliates must maintain a positive and professional image at all times in their dealings with customers and within public forums. This includes adhering to any legal and regulatory requirements in their local jurisdiction.

5. Monitoring and Compliance

To ensure that affiliates remain active and engaged, My Myracle has established guidelines regarding inactivity:

  • Non-Performance Review: Affiliates who do not achieve any successful conversions for 3 consecutive months will undergo a performance review. This review will assess the reasons for inactivity, and affiliates may be given a chance to improve before any further action is taken.
  • Termination: Affiliates with no conversions within 6 months of their registration will be automatically removed from the program. This is to ensure that only active affiliates are part of the program.
    • If an agent is terminated before the commission payout date, the unpaid commission will be forfeit.

  • 24/7 AI Trainer: For immediate guidance, affiliates can use the AI-powered trainer available through the affiliate dashboard. The AI assistant is always available to provide answers to product-related questions, sales tips, and technical support.
