1How long does it take for my order to be processed?
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2When will I receive my order?
You should expect to receive your order within 10 days (Malaysia) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, barring any stock issues or shipment delays. If not, please contact us at info@myracle.com.my with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
3How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days (Malaysia) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@myracle.com.my with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
4What are your shipping charges? Orders in Malaysia would have a charges of RM15
Deliveries are made via a third-party partner. They will contact you via the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of the package’s arrival.
5Do you ship internationally, besides Malaysia?
No, we don't.
